Child Safety

COMMITMENT TO CHILD SAFETY

Karate Victoria is committed to ensuring that children and young people who participate in our activities have a safe and happy experience. Karate Victoria supports and respects children, young people, all other karate athletes, coaches, referees, volunteers, and officials and has a zero-tolerance approach to any form of child endangerment.

Karate Victoria will ensure that child safety is embedded into our organisation's culture, reflected in our policies and procedures and practiced at all levels of our sport.

Together we can provide an environment where all children including indigenous children, those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, and those with a disability feel included, safe, respected, valued and empowered.
